Definition

A sarcastic portmanteau describing a mediocre private university, usually located in the middle of nowhere, that caters primarily to athletes and nerds while neglecting everyone else. Despite charging premium tuition, students receive minimal support, subpar facilities, and the social atmosphere of a high school cafeteria.
