Intangible assets like ideas, patents, and trademarks that exist in theory but vanish instantly if you actually have to enforce them. Valuable only to the extent your lawyers are ruthless.
Example Usage
We spent $50K on patents that our larger competitor violated and then outspent us in legal fees proving the patent was never that valuable anyway.
